Banana Bread with Milk Caramel and White Chocolate Chips

No extra sugar added.

Ingredients (makes one loaf)

  • 200gr. self raising flour
  • 60gr. butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp greek style yogurt
  • 200gr. white chocolate
  • 4 tbsp milk caramel

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven, 170°C.
  2. Mash the bananas.
  3. Crush the chocolate in a food processor . Alternatively, you can melt it in bain-marie or even buy chocolate drops.
  4. In a stand-mixer, beat the butter well, add the mashed bananas and after 2-3 minutes add the eggs, one at a time.
  5. While beating, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well: the yogurt, chocolate, caramel and the flour.
  6. Bake for about 50 minutes.
  7. Let it sit for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking form.
