- 300gr. canned whole plum tomatoes
- 2tsp. concentrated tomato paste
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1,5 tbsp olive oil
- A handful of basil leaves
- salt, pepper, oregano
- Extract the seeds and pulse the tomatoes adding some of the tomato sauce from the can.
- Mix all the ingredients together and your sauce is ready to use.
