Avocado mozzarella salad

for the salad

  • 1 head butterhead lettuce (Boston-Bibb)
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • half an avocado, cut in pieces
  • 10-12 small mozzarella balls
  • olive oil rusks, cut in pieces


for the vinaigrette

  • 4tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 drops mustard
  • a handful small basil leaves
  • rock salt (try blue persian salt), pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the vinaigrette.
