Ingredients
for the salad
- 1 head butterhead lettuce (Boston-Bibb)
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- half an avocado, cut in pieces
- 10-12 small mozzarella balls
- olive oil rusks, cut in pieces
for the vinaigrette
- 4tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 2 drops mustard
- a handful small basil leaves
- rock salt (try blue persian salt), pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add the vinaigrette.
