“Ingredients
- Cherry / small plum tomatoes
- Pesto sause
- Pine nuts
- Balsamic cream
Directions
- Cut off the bottom end so that the tomatoes can stand upright.
- Cut off the top end and empty out the inside of the tomato.
- Place them on a paper towel and let them dry for a few minutes.
- Carefully fill them with pesto. Recipe here.
- Garnish with balsamic cream.
