Grapes and Feta Crostini

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread, french baguette
  • handful of grapes
  • for the feta spread see here
  • olive oil
  • black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven, air 170°C.
  2. Cut the bread in slices diagonally, 1 to 2 cm thick.
  3. Brush the top of each slice with olive oil.
  4. Cover each slice with the cheese spread.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet covered tray and let them bake for about 5 minutes.
  6. Top the crostini with grapes and garnish with sesame seeds.
