Carrot dip

  • 4 tablespoons of grated carrots
  • 4 tablespoons of greek style yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt, pepper


  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  3. Sizzle the carrots for 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat to medium low (ex. 4/10).
  5. Add some water and stir occasionally for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the clove into small pieces.
  7. While still hot, mix the carrots with the yogurt, add the garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
