- 4 tablespoons of grated carrots
- 4 tablespoons of greek style yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- salt, pepper
- Grate the carrots.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Sizzle the carrots for 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium low (ex. 4/10).
- Add some water and stir occasionally for 15 minutes.
- Cut the clove into small pieces.
- While still hot, mix the carrots with the yogurt, add the garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
