Watermelon feta cubes

A salty-sweet summery appetizer. Perfect for in between courses.

  • Waternelon
  • Feta cheese
  • Balsamic cream


  1. Cut the watermelon, remove the pips.
  2. Cut both the watermelon and the feta into cubes or small pieces. Try to keep them roughly the same size.
  3. Pick one of each and stick a toothpick through them.
  4. Garnish with balsamic cream.
