Pasta caprese

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200gr. farfalle
  • 125gr. mozzarella
  • 10 (aprox.) cherry tomatoes
  • pesto to taste
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • basil leaves to garnish

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Mix the pesto with some tablespoons of the water you used for the pasta.
  3. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
